東京湾アクアラインを千葉側に渡って車で10分ほどで到着できる『袖ヶ浦海浜公園』というポイント。
その名の通り公園と釣り場が一体になっており、土日はそこでバーベキューを楽しむことができたり広々とした芝生が広がっていたりと釣りのみならず家族で訪れても楽しめるところです。
主な釣り場は海と接する公園の敷地全般。ところどころハシゴでその下のテトラポットに降りることができる箇所があります。
プロムナードの石畳上は足場が良いため釣りはしやすいですが、手前のテトラポットがあるために取り込みには苦労します。ただし、テトラポットに降りて長尺の竿を振るのも難易度が高くなりますのでテトラ上はファミリーフィッシングに向かない模様。
海底は主に砂泥帯でところどころ海藻がある程度。シロギス・ハゼ・アナゴなどの他にアイナメ・メバルなども狙うことができます。

公園西側・角地付近のポイント。
ハシゴを降りてテトラ帯の上で釣りを行う場所になります。
主に投げ釣りメインになりますが、長尺の竿をテトラ上で振るのが危ない場合は足場の良い石畳の上で行うほうがよいでしょう。
ここでの釣り物は、海底がほとんど砂地帯となることもあり
投げ釣りでのシロギス、ハゼ、カレイ、メゴチ、イシモチ
となります。

また、この場所ではイイダコが狙えることでも有名で、「タコテンヤ」と呼ばれる道具を30m程投げて海底をズル引きで引いてくるというシンプルなもの。

ポイント2
公園中央部分の護岸近くのポイント。
この場所もポイント1と同様に目の前に砂泥帯が広がっており、
投げ釣りでのシロギス・ハゼ・カレイ・イシモチ
がターゲットとなります。
また穴釣りでのメバル・ソイも狙うことができます。
その他、投げ釣りの仕掛けでアオイソメか魚の切り身をエサとして使用しアナゴを狙うこともできます。どちらかというと夜釣りで高実績。
ポイント3
公園の東側部分の護岸ポイント。
こちらも公園の駐車場が近くにあり、公衆トイレもあるため釣り場としての人気は高い場所です。
テトラポットへははしごを使って降りることができ、穴釣りなどのテトラ遊びをすることができます。
主に穴釣りでのアイナメ・カサゴ・ドンコ・ソイを釣ることができます。

またメバリングもこのポイントでは盛んな場所になっています。

袖ヶ浦海浜公園には十分な台数を駐車できる駐車場が2箇所ほどあります。（しかも無料）
西と東に分かれていますので到着後メインの釣り場とする場所を考慮してどちらに駐車するか選択しましょう。
